It used to be that many companies had specific uniforms for their employees to wear. However, over time the cost of uniforms has become too costly for many businesses to continue the same practices. It sounds simple and clear enough, which is generally how all good business decisions should be seen. If the pros and cons of issuing the red lanyard badges are carefully measured, the positive impact should prevail every time.
